Led by Julia Stevenson

Founded by Julia Stevenson, J Kyle Alexander reflects two decades of experience across commercial real estate development, local government, conventional finance, private equity, fund formation, and impact investing.

Julia’s career has given her visibility across multiple sides of the deal process: how projects are formed, how capital decisions are evaluated, how risk is understood, and how strategy must hold up in execution.

She holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from Brown University and an M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Currently, Julia is focused on analyzing impact investments and supporting private-equity-style fund criteria for community development financial institutions.
